Gaining insight through conversation 

As a psychotherapist of over 23 years experience I remain passionate about the work I do. I'm interested in how I can help facilitate change in ways that the client seeks to achieve. I hold a position of curiosity whether it is with the individual, couple or family in recognising the uniqueness of people's circumstances. I am interested in their views, experiences, hopes and fears. Intervals between sessions vary and decisions are made in discussion between myself and the client. For example, one session may be all that is required or that a series of sessions is agreed with intervals of one, two, three or even six weeks. As well as systemic psychotherapy I might utilise other forms of therapy all within the guidelines of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.)
